The Modest Adventure Co inhabits the occupied, unceded ancestral territory of the Wabanaki (Dawnland Confederacy) and N’dakina (Abenaki) indigenous peoples, who have stewarded this land since time beyond memory. May we all remember, acknowledge, and respect their sacred connection to this region. With each modest adventure we make, let us all give thanks for the opportunity to share in the bounty and stewardship of this land, where we are but one element in the sacred web of life connecting people, animals, plants, air, water, & earth.
